[Delivery] Can I change my delivery details after my order has been placed?

Always double-check your delivery details (recipient name, address, and contact number) before checking out.

 

You can only change your delivery details under the following conditions:

  • Within 1 hour after placing the order or before the seller arranges shipment

  • Payment is not yet confirmed (for non-Shopee Supported Logistics)

  • You haven't previously changed the address for that order (only one change allowed)

  • The new address does not increase the shipping fee

  • The location change is minor and doesn’t significantly affect the delivery cost

 

⚠️ Note

Once the seller arranges your shipment, you cannot cancel or change the delivery details. You must contact the seller to request cancellation.

 

To change/edit your delivery address (such as Recipient’s Name, Phone Number, Delivery Address)

Go to Me tab > To Ship > Select the order > CHANGE beside Delivery Address > Select or edit your new address > Confirm.

 

 

You can add a new address on the Address Selection page.
